Episode III: Tech Attacks
MOMO's Episode III Tech Attacks quite honestly have nothing to do with her Episode I Tech Attacks. This is likely the result of 1) she uses an Ether Bow instead of a scepter now and 2) her Ep 1 Tech Attacks weren't very good to begin with. Luckily, MOMO proves to be more efficient with an Ether bow (in other words, her Tech Attacks are useful)! The only downside is that if you decide to try and learn her Tech Attacks (which are along the B-path of her skill tree), you don't learn as fast or at all her elemental spells (along the A-path of her skill tree), which is pretty fundamental to the game.
You don't need to input a sequence for Tech Attacks anymore. Simply select it from the menu (very hard to miss: it's under "Attack") and you select the attack from the list. Her attacks either diffuse to multiple enemies, help fill the enemy's break gauge, or are just pretty powerful. She does not learn any automatically. Here's a list of some of them:

As you can probably already tell, Sword Fish is the best one attack both the HP and Break gauges heavily. This attack is actually pretty similar to Ziggy's Swordfish (Ziggy and MOMO are getting close huh?). However, Break Arrows are very effective in the beginning portion. Another major difference is that these attacks do not need to be set to be used. If you think of the FFX battle system, this is very similar. Overall, whatever path you choose for MOMO (Ether or Tech), she'll be very useful.
